Race Rules & Regulations

Cancellations are refunded on a sliding scale:

• Before 01 Dec 2024: 60% refund
• 02 Dec – 28 Dec 2024: 50% refund
• 29 Dec 2024 – 20 Jan 2025: 40% refund
• 21 Jan – 30 Jan 2025: 30% refund
• After 01 Feb 2025: No refunds

Upgrades are allowed until registration day (pay the difference). Downgrades are allowed with a partial refund before 01 Feb 2025. Email requests to support@racepass.com.

No substitutions or deferrals will be processed after 15 Feb 2025. To arrange a change before the deadline, please email support@racepass.com.

Immediate disqualification will result from any of the following:

• Disrespect towards any person involved in the event
• Shortcutting or intentionally leaving the marked route
• Transferring a race bib without official authorization
• Littering of any kind on the course
• Running with pets or animals
• Missing critical compulsory gear in adverse weather conditions

• 2 Hour Penalty: Missing emergency blanket, waterproof jacket, or mobile phone.
• 1 Hour Penalty: Missing headlamp, receiving outside assistance, or using an unofficial pacer.
• 30 Min Penalty: Missing 1L water capacity, food reserve, reusable cup, or whistle.

All runners acknowledge that they participate entirely at their own risk and agree to indemnify the organisers, sponsors, volunteers, and landowners against any claims for injury, loss, or damage.

In the event of postponement or cancellation due to extreme weather or other unforeseen circumstances, entries will be deferred to the rescheduled date or the following year’s event at no additional cost.
